TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The Renter acknowledges that they have received the vehicle mentioned in this contract in good condition and suitable for the purpose for which it was rented. The Renter is responsible for the vehicle both civilly and criminally and also acknowledges the Lessor’s full ownership of the vehicle. The Renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition in which it was received, along with all accessories and official documents, during the company’s official working hours, which are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day except Fridays and official holidays.

• The Renter agrees to return the vehicle on the date specified in this contract and cannot extend the rental period without obtaining the Lessor’s approval. The Lessor has the right to retrieve the vehicle from the Renter without prior notice, and the Renter will be charged for the rental period delay, the costs of retrieving the vehicle, and any losses resulting from the cancellation of subsequent reservations for the same vehicle.

• The Renter is not allowed to use the vehicle in any race, increase the load beyond the specified limit, place any signs or logos, alter the vehicle’s appearance, or use it for unauthorized purposes.

• The Renter bears the cost of refueling the vehicle with petrol, oil, and water. The fuel level must be the same as at the time of delivery or the Renter must pay the difference.

• The vehicle can only be driven by the Renter, who must hold a valid driver’s license. If driven by a driver provided by the Renter and approved by Infinity Car Rental, the driver must also hold a valid driver’s license and be over 21 years of age. The driver will be fully responsible for any damages, accidents, or traffic violations, and must provide all necessary documents such as police reports and insurance papers.

• The vehicle’s return will not be considered final until 48 hours have passed to complete a mechanical inspection to ensure there are no hidden faults due to misuse by the Renter. The company has the right to claim the inspection costs and any damages discovered after the final inspection.

• The rental fee must be paid in advance for the agreed period. Any additional kilometers, days, or hours will be charged according to the rates specified in this contract. The Renter must deposit a security amount via credit card or cash to cover any traffic violations or damages due to misuse, which will be refunded 21 days after the contract closure.

• The Renter agrees to the rental rates and additional kilometer costs, vehicle accessories, and other charges specified in this contract. The Renter must pay the additional insurance amount mentioned in this contract if any accident is caused by the Renter.

• The Renter cannot extend the rental contract without the Lessor’s written approval.

• The Renter must pay the additional insurance amount mentioned in this contract if any accident is caused by the Renter or in case of an unknown party involved in the accident.

• The Renter is responsible for any damages caused by misuse or neglect, such as tire damage or similar, and the costs of transporting and towing the vehicle to the repair site.

• In case of account transfer, the Renter bears the currency exchange differences or any bank fees.

• If the Renter causes a traffic violation that results in the vehicle being impounded by the authorities, the Renter is responsible for paying all costs of the impound period in addition to the daily rental fee until the vehicle is returned to the Lessor. If the Renter delays in paying the rental amount, a 10% daily fee will be charged on the remaining amount until full payment is made.

• Routine maintenance of the vehicle, such as oil changes, is the responsibility of the Lessor. The Renter must provide the Lessor with the odometer reading every 15 days to schedule routine maintenance. New vehicles require maintenance after 1000 kilometers and every 5000 kilometers thereafter. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in a fine of 1500 Qatari Riyals. Daily checks of radiator fluid, battery, tire pressure, and similar are the Renter’s responsibility. In case of any accident, the Renter must provide a comprehensive accident report and an order for repair from the Traffic and Patrols Department, and pay the additional insurance amount agreed upon in the contract.

• If the vehicle is involved in any accident, whether driven by the Renter or not, the Renter must provide a comprehensive accident report and an order for repair from the Traffic and Patrols Department, and pay the additional insurance amount agreed upon in the contract. Regardless of whether the Renter is the victim or the cause of the accident, the vehicle will not be accepted or replaced until the required documents are provided, and the rental will remain in effect until then.

• In the case of comprehensive insurance, the Renter must pay the deductible amount (1000 Qatari Riyals per accident) and 10% of the spare parts cost for the first year, with an additional 10% for each subsequent year. If the contract expires or the Renter fails to comply with the contract terms, the office staff may retrieve the vehicle from any location using the spare key kept at the office. The office is not responsible for any belongings inside the vehicle. In the case of third-party insurance, if the Renter causes an accident, they must pay the full repair costs at the location specified by Infinity Car Rental. If the vehicle is written off, the Renter must pay the full vehicle value.

• The owner has the right to retrieve the vehicle in case of misuse or breach of any contract terms, and the remaining period of the contract will be considered null and void.

• In case of comprehensive insurance, if the vehicle is written off, the Renter must pay the deductible and the rental fee until the cancellation procedures are completed and the vehicle is deregistered from traffic records.

• The Renter must hold a valid Qatari driver’s license issued at least 12 months prior. Non-residents can use international driving licenses for up to three months from their entry into Qatar. GCC citizens can drive in Qatar with licenses issued in their countries without any restrictions for up to three months from their entry into Qatar.

• The Renter is fully responsible for the vehicle if they violate the above conditions or allow someone else to drive without verifying the validity of their driver’s license.

• The Lessor will provide comprehensive insurance for the vehicle and passengers in accordance with the insurance company’s terms and regulations. The Renter must pay the additional insurance amount mentioned in this contract if they cause any accident or damage to the vehicle with no other party involved, as per the police report and the insurance company’s assessment. If the Renter causes multiple accidents, they must provide separate reports for each accident and pay the additional insurance amount for each accident.

• The insurance does not cover any hidden damages or those not mentioned in the accident report, if any. The Renter is obligated to include all damages in the accident report or bear the repair costs not mentioned in the report at their own expense.

• Insurance Cancellation Cases:

         – If the vehicle is involved in an accident on unpaved or sandy roads.

         – If the vehicle is submerged in water due to rain or floods.

         – If the driver is under the influence of alcohol or any prohibited substances.

         – If the accident is caused by a traffic violation.

• In these cases, the Renter must bear all repair costs or compensate the Lessor for the full value of the vehicle if it is deemed irreparable.

• The Renter must be at least 23 years old and hold a valid driver’s license issued at least one year prior. It is the Renter’s responsibility to disclose this information to the Lessor.

• Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited. If the vehicle is returned with a smoking odor, a fine of 500 Qatari Riyals will be imposed.

• The Lessor is not responsible for any belongings left in the vehicle after it is returned and the Renter cannot claim otherwise.

• In case of a breakdown or accident, the vehicle will be repaired by the Lessor, and the rental fee for the downtime and repair costs will be charged.

• The Renter cannot extend the rental period without paying for the extension in advance. The Lessor has the right to retrieve the vehicle from the Renter if the rental fee is not paid or if the Renter does not respond to the Lessor’s calls within 48 hours. The Lessor is not responsible for any valuables left in the vehicle if it is retrieved due to the Renter’s violation of the contract terms. The Renter cannot use the vehicle for passenger transport like limousines or drive under the influence of alcohol. Subleasing the vehicle to another person or entity is strictly prohibited. The Renter must provide the required guarantees, which include a valid credit card for at least one month. The Renter authorizes Infinity Car Rental to use these guarantees to protect its rights without prior notice. The Renter is not allowed to use the vehicle outside the borders of Qatar.

• The Renter must pay all traffic violations within seven days of the violation. All terms in this contract are subject to change in accordance with the laws and regulations of Qatar.

• In case of legal action against the Renter for any reason, Qatari laws apply as per the Qatari courts. If the Renter is a foreigner and leaves Qatar, Qatari courts will have jurisdiction, and their decisions will be enforceable in the Renter’s home country. The Renter is liable for all costs and expenses, including travel, accommodation, and flight tickets, for a representative of the Lessor to pursue the case in the Renter’s home country.

• The Renter acknowledges that they have read and understood all terms of this contract and cannot claim otherwise. They are responsible for any violation of the terms mentioned above. All terms and conditions are an integral part of the rental agreement between the Renter and the Lessor.

• The Renter authorizes Infinity Car Rental to deduct any outstanding amounts for rental fees, damages, or violations from their credit card or the security check deposited with the Lessor.

• In the event of death, God forbid, of the Renter or any person

• inside the vehicle, the Renter’s estate is fully responsible, and neither Infinity Car Rental nor the insurance company will bear any responsibility or compensation.

• By signing this contract, the Renter acknowledges that they have read and understood all its terms and conditions and is fully responsible for any violation.
